Hotels should concentrate on making special moments for their guests by providing personalized services and amenities that meet their individual needs. By doing this hotels can stand out from their competitors and appeal to more customers. This will help them make more money and be successful in the hotel business.

After the pandemic, the fighting in Tigray has caused many tourist attractions and infrastructure to close. This has made it hard for visitors to reach certain places. The war made potential tourists feel unsafe, so they didn't want to book hotels or make other travel arrangements.

By the year 2018-2019, almost a million people visited, but in 2020 it dropped to 600,000 and even lower to 100,000 in the busy travel season of 2021-2022.
