The entertaining Ethiopian sitcom Besintu episode 46 'Alone'. This funny show is about a family. They each have their personalities and ages. The show follows their everyday life.

Performers are still getting paid, but they are getting less money than they would have if people were watching them perform in person. 

 

 

The pandemic is affecting not only the people who perform, but also the people who do makeup, create costumes, and help with other things behind the scenes. Small businesses and street sellers who depended on people who went to the theater have experienced a negative impact.

 

The situation with Covid and theater is very bad at Hager Fikir. Abdulkerim felt frustrated because just when it was allowed to open the theater, they had to first renovate it. Theater and music groups are doing shows for people who invite them because they missed performing. Lately, these groups are playing music in the places where the war is happening in northern Ethiopia. 

 

Theater groups had to make soldiers happy because it was the only job they could do at that time. After finishing the updates, Abdulkerim plans to start a business called Hager Fikir in two months. We are waiting to get the curtains. 

 

Abdulkarim is worried about what people will think of the theater's preparations for the show. He's afraid people might not want to go to the theater because of safety concerns.
